WHY I DO THIS
After more than 20 years coaching young athletes and working alongside thousands of sports parents, I learned something that changed the way I see youth sports.
Talent matters.
But the environment around a child matters more than most people realize.
The conversations after competition.
The response to failure.
The pressure they feel at home.
The values we reinforce when nobody is watching.
That’s why I now dedicate my work to helping parents raise athletes who can compete with confidence, handle setbacks, and grow without losing who they are.
Through my books, The Resilient Parents Letter, and educational content, the mission is simple:
Build character before chasing trophies.
Because one day the games will end.
What they become through them will remain.
